Internships

The translation and communication centres at Studio Moretto Group Srl offer training courses lasting from 2 to 12+ months at our offices in Brescia and Milan (Italy), London (UK) and Madrid (Spain). These programmes aim to cultivate new talent, providing hands-on experience and practical skills, supported throughout by expert coaches.

Freelance
Collaboration upon request for occasional projects. We exclusively select expert translators and interpreters, with expert linguistic skills. Our Human Resources Department will only consider applications sent to hr@smglanguages.com.
Hiring
Hiring and fixed monthly compensation collaborations with set working hours either at our offices or remotely. Positions are reserved for expert candidates. Commercial agents
Studio Moretto Group is looking for commercial agents and representatives that offer SMG services to clients and licensees who develop and manage local agencies, promoting their growth and helping them seize great opportunities in their region.
We offer top candidates a free training course to learn how to promote SMG services, and successful completion guarantees a collaboration contract that includes:
- Fixed reimbursement for the first two months
- Sales commissions
- A PC, telephone and company car for client visits

Occasional commercial referrals
SMG introduces the Commercial Referrals Programme (CRP): anyone who refers a client that purchases a translation or interpreting service will receive a 20% commission based on the client’s purchase value!
If you think we are the ideal choice for a friend or an acquaintance seeking translation or interpreting services, feel free to recommend us. They simply need to request a quote from our website and include your name and surname followed by the CRP code in the form/e-mail. This will entitle the client to an automatic discount and we can trace the request back to your referral.
After the client makes a request, please email admin@smglanguages.com with details of the job you referred, along with your name, surname, address, tax code and bank details for the commission payment, which will be issued when the client sends the final payment.
(Note: commissions will not be paid for orders from existing clients, orders from www.translationoutlet.com, or orders that do not explicitly identify you as the referrer in writing)
Local agency affiliation
Studio Moretto Group offers affiliate programmes to both established language centres and newcomers to the market, providing opportunities for professional growth with the support of a leading brand in the industry.
Affiliates of Studio Moretto Group receive a dedicated software package, know-how, training, marketing tools, sales coverage and support in making continuous improvements to production quality.
